Johnson Employer Support Services is a multi-service company created to serve employers throughout the region.  Our services range from short term temporary employees to complete HR and Payroll outsourcing.

Our Temporary and Temp-to-Hire services helps employers find the right employees without having to advertise and take time away from busy schedules to meet and interview multiple applicants.  Johnson Employer Support Services will provide you with just a few pre-qualified applicants to choose from and then handle their payroll, workers’ compensation and employer taxes until they have completed their probationary period.

Our Executive and Technical Recruiting division specializes in finding professional level employees who are not only willing but are looking to move to an area such as South Arkansas.

Johnson Employer Support Services is also one of the few Arkansas based Professional Employer Organizations and the only one who is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. Licensed by the Arkansas Department of Insurance and surrounding states, we are able to relieve businesses of many of the time consuming responsibilities of being an employer.  Our Professional Employer Services are a complete payroll and HR outsource solution for small and medium size businesses.
