Our Community

Our success is due to the wonderful people of this community and we believe strongly in supporting them financially and through hands-on work projects. The Old City Park, which was adopted by the bank, offers the community a well-lighted walking track and playground areas. Simmons First employees have provided the manpower and materials to build two large pavilions, a footbridge, signage, landscaping, and provide regular maintenance and clean up. Through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity the bank has provided significant donations and manpower to help build new homes for deserving families. Simmons First is proud to create partnerships with organizations that make our community a better place to live. Simmons First was recognized as one of the 2006 Arkansas Businesses of the Year by “Arkansas Business” for their civic and community contributions statewide.
