The mission of our city's Chamber of Commerce is to provide leadership in economic and community development for El Dorado and Union County in order to improve the quality of life for all its citizens.
We work with prospects and businesses to help them achieve their goals in El Dorado. We want El Dorado to be a place of beauty with a good environment and educational opportunities. A place that is safe and healthy with excellent roads, infrastructure, housing and transportation. And, most importantly, a place where the people of the community care for each other and respect our diversity and heritage. |

Membership in the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce is not only an investment toward the Chamber's efforts to improve our overall quality of life through economic and community development, and ways in which your business benefits from an improved economic climate.
Your investment entitles you to these benefits:
- Chamber Membership Directory listing in three categories: Business Members, Business Category, and Who's Who (alphabetical listing of designated members)
- Subscription to the Chamber's monthly newsletter, and coverage of your business activities in the newsletter.
- All Chamber mailings including invitations to events such as Business After Hours and the Summer BBQ, announcements about Chamber sponsored events such as Industry Appreciation, Fantastic 4th and Christmas Parade.
- Designated voting members are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
- Designated voting members may respond to Chamber polls.
- Any employee of member businesses may serve on Chamber committees.
- Ribbon cutting ceremonies which are covered by the local media.
