Responsible for the testing, commissioning and service of all systems and machinery upon the completion of fabrication and assembly. Primary duties will include the implementation of an effective FAT Program (Factory Acceptance Testing) to ensure the proper design and function of the machinery before shipment; Development of project specific O&M Manuals for each system or machine to ensure content and serviceability of the equipment; Onsite coordination with the customer or contractor for integration and installation of Therma-Flite equipment, requiring the participation or lead in site meetings and providing customers with technical direction and support; Start-up and commissioning, troubleshooting and developing solutions to unforeseen problems; Coordinate with Management and Engineering to modify, design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and is responsible for directing or performing as required; Complete standard service reports, installation reports, performance reports and other administrative requirements; Implement an effective Training Program to ensure that customer personnel are educated and knowledgeable enough to safely and properly operate Therma-Flite machinery; Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Programs with the customer to ensure full life expectancy of the machinery; Provide customer service and support in servicing and repairing equipment; Participate and provide feedback to Management, Engineering and Manufacturing on technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, maintenance processes and to recommend modifications to eliminate future problems.

14. Troubleshoot unplanned problems in the field
15. Train customer personnel and operators
16. Extensive travel to remote locations
