As the Food and Beverage Category Manager, you will oversee a section of the non-fuel program for Murphy USA/Murphy Express. You will be responsible for product selection, placement and pricing. You will negotiate merchandise contracts with vendors and track overall sales performance within their assigned category and develop incentive programs to ensure year to year sales growth while maintaining category margins.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum 2 years of field operations experience in a supervisory role or 2 years in comparable role with another retailer
Qualifications:
Computer skills - Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
Communication, time management and negotiating skills
Advanced level interpersonal skills
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
