Talent and Organizational Development Specialist
This position is: Full Time
Position Location: El Dorado
As our TOD specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing development needs of employees and the organization. While working under supervision, we will be looking to you to concentrate on areas with supervisory development and training, employee performance programs, curriculum design and development, including delivering and facilitating learning opportunities. Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, training and development, leadership development or other human resources related field is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the areas of performance management, process improvement, leadership development, organizational development and talent management.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theories and principles required and an understanding of performance management and coaching techniques required
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Will have proven track record of adaptability and flexibility in professional style
  • Must have excellent group facilitation skills
  • Must have multiple presentation styles appropriate for the classroom, executive presentations and individual discussion
