The training and compliance analyst performs a wide variety of analytical, complex and routine HR services that require a broad array of skills and abilities including:
Knowledge of commonly used HR concepts, practices and procedures
Knowledge of Federal guidelines working with the EEOC/OFCCP/ affirmative action and online applicant tracking and staff training tracking systems
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in all MS office application
High regard for detail and accuracy
Proficient in planning, time management and decision making skills
