Union County voters have an opportunity to learn more about the candidates running for office during two Candidate Forums. Both moderated forums will be held at the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, 111 W. Main St., at 5:30 p.m. The first forum is scheduled for Tuesday, October 2, for candidates running for the El Dorado City Council, State Representative and State Senator positions. The second forum will be held on Tuesday, October 9, candidates running for Union County Quorum Court and Union County Circuit Clerk positions.
