El Dorado Chamber of Commerce Announces Leadership Union County Class 2

A group of emerging future leaders of Union County have been selected for Class 2 of Leadership Union County. The 10-month program of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce begins Feb. 27 and is designed to develop leadership through community interaction, teamwork, networking and hands-on experiences.
 
 
The 17 members of Leadership Union County Class 2 include: Heather Crake, Edward Jones Investments; Courtney Crotty, Cross Oil; Jeremy Hurst, BancorpSouth; Jerod Hurst, Trotter Nissan Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram; Jill Kemp, Interfaith Clinic; Christopher Lutman, El Dorado Police Department; Dan Mann, Clean Harbors; Jamie McConathy, South Arkansas Community College; Brad Nokes, El Dorado Chemical; Kalie Owens, Four R Operating; Jeremy Pratt, Great Lakes Solutions; Andre Rucks, Be Sighted Marketing; Katie Sandifer, Murphy Oil Corp.; Kay Smith, El Dorado Chamber of Commerce; Eric Waller, Medical Center of South Arkansas; Jill Weinischke, TOUCH Coalition; and Janelle Williams, El Dorado Golf & Country Club.
 
 
"We?ve selected a great class of people who live and work all over Union County,? said Henry Florsheim, El Dorado Chamber of Commerce president and CEO. "On Feb. 27, they?ll jump right in with SIMSOC, or Simulated Society. Over the coming months they?ll be digging in deep to learn about things happening all over Union County and developing tools to help them make a difference.?
 
 
The community is invited to meet Class 2 at a welcome reception on Tuesday, Feb. 26, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at 200 N. Jefferson in the seventh floor conference room.
