Farmers Market at MAD’s annual "Pumpkin Day" kicks of this Saturday at the MAD Amp, 105 East Locust. Vendors attending market include P & L Farms, Mike Senn Family Farm, JJ’s Baubles, and Perfect Little Farm. Patrons can shop local breads, eggs, peppers, collards, squash, cuccuzi, sweet potatoes, beef, locally grown flowers, handmade crafts, and more. Also, joining market this week is the Union County Master Gardeners’ annual bulb sale and LifeShare Blood Center’s mobile bus. The bulb sale will include crocus, narcissus, hyacinths, iris, tulips, allium drumsticks, Spanish bluebells, and anemone bulbs. Other free activities include: 8am – 11am • Kids Pumpkin Decorating (until supplies run out) • Pumpkin Tic Tac Toe • BAGGO • Fall photo backdrop 9am – 10:30am • Live Music from Coulter Mason 10am • Beginners yoga in the lawn with Jenn Purinton (bring your own mat) All state Covid guidelines will apply.
