How are history and geology connected? Find out the answer at the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources with the museum curator, as you discover the exciting story of the 1920s South Arkansas oil boom. Investigate the Geology gallery and learn how oil in south Arkansas formed. Walk along the Boomtown Street and discover how the boom brought with it at first danger and destruction to the area but eventually change and new opportunities.
